Julie has dedicated herself to the practice & study of yoga since 2001, earning her RYT200 in 2019. She trained in the disciplines of Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra & is a practicioner of Transcendental Meditation.
She uses her experience to combine elements of these styles into a mindful, fun & inspiring alignment-based flow. In her classes she encourages growth of the physical and spiritual self, creating a space where you’ll be reminded to honor your body and safely come home, again and again to your true nature. Get ready to be nurtured, her classes feel like being wrapped in a warm hug.
